Produce an extensive B2B digital marketing play book/strategy that will see the successful launch of a new Consumer Health division for this multi-billion-dollar company.

Address three key areas:

  1. How to gain extensive brand awareness via social media and compete more effectively
  2. Create protocol for working with influencers as well as define a methodology for how to promote online events
  3. Create a strategy that will see the successful launch of a new global consumer healthcare insights dashboard.

Activity

After an intensive and successful period of fact finding we created a comprehensive digital strategy that could be easily deployed by the company’s own internal resource, across the globe.

The strategy played out into three parts as per the brief, with each aspect delivered to the relevant teams. In addition, we mapped the entire European OTC market social media landscape, identifying the most prominent influencers as well as prospective clients, then defined a personalised approach that would give the best chance of success with each.

The document has been adopted by the global teams as a ‘best use of social media’ strategy.
