Objectives

SanDisk wanted to seek out and educate independent retail, tech store associates about the benefits and features of SanDisk products. This was to take place across all, key, European markets.  A game show themed app was developed to take entrants through an intensive learning experience. We were required to coordinate the deployment of the app, with a campaign aimed at pulling in target users.

Activity

Over a period of 4 intensive weeks we mapped just shy of 30,000 relevant international candidates across 6 of the leading social networks and 6 European markets. We then developed a social media engagement strategy which would attract target users to the themed app.

Results 

  • Over 8,000 independent entrants engaged with the app
  • The campaign was deemed one of the most cost effective in SanDisk’s history
  • Positive sentiment towards the brand throughout the campaign rose to record levels.
